Join us on the New Footscray Hospital site visit to tour one of the Victorian's largest ever health infrastructure projects, with more than 500 beds. Due to be completed in late 2025, the new Footscray Hospital will support the increasing demand from Melbourne’s booming western suburbs, ensuring families can get the care they need close to home. The new hospital is delivered as a Public Private Partnership and will treat almost 15,000 additional patients, enabling around 20,000 additional people to be seen by the emergency department each year.
The facility is designed by Cox Architecture and Billard Leece Partnership and built by Multiplex.
Special thanks to BLP and Multiplex for supporting the Australian Health Design Council in organising this exclusive site visit for our members. Tickets are limited to 25 and available exclusively for AHDC members on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be mindful when booking your ticket.
