You are invited to register for the 2024 Australian Health Design Conference. This year we will be heading to Sydney for a 2-day conference in November. You can now view the preliminary agenda on our conference website:


Ticket Types and Conditions

Standard and AHDC Member tickets are available at discounted early bird prices until the end of August. All tickets include 2 day conference events including the cocktail party.

Full time students can email events@aushdc.org.au with details of their enrollment for approval of student rates. 


How to Register

If you are an AHDC member; please login using your email and password (see member FAQ).
  1. Click the Register button on the event page
  2. Select your ticket type and fill-in your details
  3. Submit your registration request to receive an invoice
  4. Pay via direct debit, quoting your invoice number, within 2 weeks.

Once your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email within 2 weeks. Your place in the queue will be reserved, including your early-bird pricing. 

AHDC prefers direct debit payment to reduce online transaction fees and minimise our event and ticket costs. If you are unable to pay via direct debit, please contact support@aushdc.org.au quoting your name, email address and invoice number. Credit Card transactions will incur a 2.6% + 30c processing fee.


Site Visit Tickets (available from August 14)

Three exclusive site visits are offered to AHDC members as bundled ticket for an additional $55. To maximise the opportunities, there is a limit of 1 site visit per member, so please choose wisely. 

Tickets will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis, and a highly sought after, so if you can no longer attend the site visit, please inform us promptly so we can reallocate your ticket to someone else. 

Non-members and lapsed members will need to join or renew their membership before accessing the bundled tickets

Site visit details are still being finalised and timing may need to be adjusted. Please allow for ample time if you are travelling to Sydney. Bus transfer will be from Sydney CBD and included in the estimates above.


HADN Networking Breakfast

The Health Architecture and Design Network are hosting a networking breakfast alongside the conference. This event will be held on Wednesday morning and is ticketed separately. It is open to conference delegates as well as non-delegates. For more information, go to the event page.


Partnerships and Bulk Bookings

This year, we have restructured our partnership offering to align more closely with our new events and member benefits. This includes opportunities to purchase bulk conference tickets and memberships for your team. To find out more, please review our Partnership Invitation.

If your company is a Foundation Partner, please contact your sponsorship manager to organise tickets. Foundation partners receive limited complimentary conference tickets and other discounts. 

For bulk bookings, please contact support@aushdc.org.au with a list of names, emails and company details for invoicing and ticketing purposes.


Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days - full refund processed.
  • Less than 30 days - account credit only.
  • Substitutions - free at any time.

To cancel, please sign into your AHDC account and navigate to your profile. Go to "Event Registrations" to submit a cancellation. Last minute cancellations will receive an account credit only. This can be used to pay for annual membership and future events and conference tickets.


Substitutions

If you can not longer attend for any reason, we encourage you to nominate someone else to participate in your place. Substitutions will be processed on the day at event registration, please bring a digital copy of the original ticket confirmation.


Other Conditions

  • The preliminary program is preliminary and subject to change.
  • Conference tickets cannot be shared with non-delegates or sold by third parties.
  • Recording, videotaping or live steaming of the AHDC Conference is strictly prohibited.
  • Photographer and videographers will be present at the event. If you do not wish to be filmed, please let them know on arrival.
