Construction of the new $723.3 million Tweed Valley Hospital is complete, with its doors set to open to patients in May 2024.

Join us on the Tweed Valley Hospital site tour to explore the different departments of this new greenfield hospital which will be the hub of high-quality healthcare services for the growing Tweed-Byron region. The new hospital includes 430 beds, an expanded Emergency Department with over 40 treatment spaces, expanded outpatient services, 12 operating theatres, and more.

Special thanks to the Northern New South Wales Local Health District (NNSWLHD) for supporting the Australian Health Design Council in organising this site visit which is exclusive to our members. Tickets are limited to 20 and available exclusively for AHDC members on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be mindful when booking your ticket.
