Learning from the 2023 European Study Tour

We are delighted to invite you to our July National Symposium. During this event, you will receive a comprehensive national update on the activities and initiatives undertaken by the AHDC, including our upcoming national conference.

This in-person event will feature presentations by our Health Facilities Study Tour participants, who will share their valuable insights and learnings from a recent tour of France and Switzerland. This presentation promises to inspire and provide fresh perspectives on innovative healthcare design practices, as well as opportunities to network with local AHDC members.

• PC 18 Be able to apply creative imagination, design precedents, research, emergent knowledge and critical evaluation in formulating and refining concept design options, including the exploration of three dimensional form and spatial quality.
• PC 25 Be able to draw on knowledge from the history and theory of architecture as part of preliminary design research and when developing the conceptual design.
